Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with BORN TO BE DIFFERENT. We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to offer refunds on full-priced items within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please send us an email at Info@born2bedifferent.store & provide us with the item number from your original confirmation email. 

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed with original tags in place, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Free gifts:

In order for your refund to be processed any gifts that was gifted when you purchased, must be returned with your returning item(s) in the same condition that you received it, original packaging, original tags, undamaged, and unwashed. Failure to do the following, could affect the ability for return.

In order for your refund to be processed any free gifts that were included with your purchase must also be returned with your returning item(s) in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed with its original tags in place, and in its original packaging. Failure to do so will impact your eligibility for return.

If the item or items are returned to us for a second time and you wish to exchange them, our policy states that we will issue credit in the form of a credit note. This means that instead of directly exchanging the item, we will provide you with a credit note for the value of the returned item. You can then use this credit note to repurchase the desired item or items from our store.

Please note: You are responsible for any payments due to return or exchange the product such as shipping. BORN TO BE DIFFERENT is not responsible the return shipping costs.

When returning we suggest you return your product using your domestic postal service using a tracked and insured shipping method in order to ensure all parties have visibility of the goods being returned. BORN TO BE DIFFERENT disclaims any liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. This means that if the returned goods are lost or damaged while being shipped, BORN TO BE DIFFERENT does not accept responsibility for those circumstances. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER RETURNS and EXCHANGES: 

International customers to initiate a return you will need to email our returns team at Info@born2bedifferent.store. The returns team will then provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Its important to note that there may be additional charges associated with the return process. However, BORN TO BE DIFFERENT is not responsible for any return customs charges. This charge would need to be paid by the customer or the sender of the return. To obtain more information or guidance regarding custom fees, it is advised to consult with your local customs office. 

 

Damaged items 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. So, we can look into the matter and resolve it. Please include your order number a description of the fault or damaged item, with relevant photos sent to our returns team. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items on promotion or gift cards.

If the item(s) have been washed unfortunately we will not be able to refund. 

Due to hygiene reasons item (s) such as, sports bra, leggings, underwear and socks cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to switch your item (s) for whatever reason, the most convenient way to do so is to follow the return process for the original order and then place a new order for the desired items. 

Please note:

Refunds and exchanges that have been accepted will only be for the amount issued, and will not include cost of original postage and shipping. 

 

 

Shipping 

We are not responsible for covering shipping costs, nor do we provide pre-paid return labels. 

It's important for customers to be aware of the potential shipping delays and the importance of using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. By doing so, both the customer and the company can have more visibility and protection throughout the return process.
